The OCD Test & OCD Self-assessment

The test utilized for The OCD Test is considered to be the “gold standard” assessment tool for helping OCD therapists and treatment providers identify and diagnose Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). This OCD Self-Assessment is called the Y-BOCS (Yale-Brown Obsessive-Compulsive Scale) and consists of 10 easy questions.

Please note that OCD therapists and treatment providers utilize this formal Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder test as one of many tools utilized to diagnose someone with OCD. Therefore, this is NOT A FORMAL MEDICAL DIAGNOSIS. If you are seeking a formal diagnosis for OCD, we recommend that you see a medical doctor, psychiatrist, or specialized OCD therapist.
